The Philosophical Phenomenon

Well, it definitely wasn’t a lazy Sunday for me. I got up pretty early (for me) and started working right after I got up. I can’t wait to tell you what I’m up to. I will tell you this, it has something to do with my writing today. My writing asks for my dream in life and I am working on one of them currently. I was busy with that all day, then did some sewing, cooking, and cleaning. Those are just everyday things though. I wonder how much more people are cooking at home right

Well, I’m 2/3 the way there on my challenge. Not very consistent, I decided to start taking dialysis days off from exercise. I am too exhausted after the procedure of dialysis, it’s like your body running a marathon for a few hours. So I’m doing my best and not getting upset when I need a day off. From either writing, yoga, or social media, sometimes I need a break. There is so much going on in the world right now, it’s such an angry and scary place. Everyone is very stressed

Today was another good day. I’ve been staying off fb and my mental health has been so much improved! I went on a little bit earlier and liked some things and ignored anything negative. I don’t care what side it’s from, I skipped over it. I’m taking my advice from yesterday, no judgement, letting it go, staying sane. The last couple of days I have been working on a secret project. Nothing super exciting, but I’m not ready to share yet. Hopefully by early next week I can share.

I had to take a mental break from posting. Everything I was writing was negative and it was so frustrating to me. Today was a tough day, I’m not sure what’s going on but I have been so dizzy. I slept most of the day. I hardly did anything, I barely even read because even that was making me sick to my stomach. I was up all night with stomach pains, my stomach felt like it was on fire. I hate talking about how awful I feel all the time. Today is Monday, this post is from Sunday night when I did my yoga. Maybe it’s been a bit confusing because I’ve been doing yoga one day and then posting about it the next. I usually prefer to do my yoga at night time before bed, that’s when I’ve done most of my exercising for years. Most of the time exercise doesn’t energize me, it exhausts me. Yoga was easier today, I finally LET GO! I breathed at my own pace and was in my zone. That is, until Jobe came in. Again. As always when I want 90 minutes to myself at 8-9pm (his time to watch tv or play video games) he has to be at my door, pushing it open, talking to me through it. Well, yoga tonight was more of the same if not worse. All of a sudden during warrior pose I felt like I was going to pass out and I couldn’t breathe. I wasn’t doing any sun salutations or anything remotely challenging, nothing straining. I think my bloated belly was just pushing up on my lungs and I couldn’t breathe. So, I stopped.
